- A booking fee is invoiced upon booking and is due within 7 days
- To confirm your booking, the booking fee must be paid by the due date
- The booking fee of 50% of the accommodation cost (excluding extras) is non-refundable in case of cancellation
- The remaining amount of the stay is invoiced 60 days before the arrival date and is due within 30 days
- Cancellations made later than 30 days before the arrival date are liable for the full accommodation cost of the booking (excluding extras)
- The booking fee is valid for the booked date and cannot be used for rescheduling to another date or fewer nights
- The booking contact person is responsible for payment and compensation in case of destruction or damage to property during their stay
- The booking terms must be accepted by ticking the box "I accept the booking terms" in our online booking form
