Ekudden is perfectly suited for groups seeking a conference in a relaxed archipelago setting. We can accommodate overnight stays for up to 39 guests in shared rooms. For groups of up to 12 people, private bedrooms are available.

OUR MEETING SPACES



TENTIPI STRATUS


Book our impressive 120 sqm tipi tent, which retains heat like an insulated conservatory. Additional heating is available if needed. Enjoy a magical sea view, with comfortable and spacious seating for up to 80 people. Naturally, all the technical equipment you need for your meeting is provided. A truly unique experience!


THE DINING ROOM


Up to 24 people can meet comfortably in Fröjden’s dining room. If you need to maximize the space, the room can accommodate up to 40 conference or dinner guests.


THE LIVING ROOM


A relaxed setting with sofas, tables, and an open fireplace—perfect for informal meetings that require nothing more than the people in the room. Seating for 13–20 people.


THE GLASS ENCLOSED VERANDA


Seats up to 24 people with a great sea view. Infrared heating and blankets are, of course, available during cooler weather.


OUTDOOR SETTINGS


The outdoor area offers plenty of cozy natural meeting spots. Settle into our outdoor furniture, a warm sunlit rock, the pier, or down by the beach.

At Ekudden, the choices are simple—whether you want to enjoy grilled sausages over an open fire or go all out with a delicious dinner buffet. We offer three different options.


SELF-CATERING


For the more budget-conscious group, you are welcome to manage cooking and grocery shopping yourselves. You can use our two kitchens for food preparation, and outdoors there are three large grills available for free use.

You can also pre-order all your groceries online and conveniently pick them up on your way to Ekudden from Willys, ICA Maxi, or COOP.


Please note: If you are hosting a conference for more than 50 people and do not wish to use disposable tableware, glassware and porcelain must be rented from us.


CATERING MENU

Book our well-renowned catering service for your conference. We can assist with breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, hot and cold dinner buffets, canapés, desserts, and more.

If you require on-site support during your stay—such as serving staff, food setup and clearing, dishwashing, etc.—you can also book staff on location and we will take care of it for you.


Please note: If you are hosting a conference for more than 50 people and do not wish to use disposable tableware, glassware and porcelain must be rented from us.
