RESERVATION POLICIES
All payments are made via invoice
Private guests are invoiced including VAT. Companies are invoiced excluding VAT.
For companies the total cost is invoiced after your stay. Note that the same reservation policy goes for both private guests as for companies.
For private reservations a booking fee is invoiced upon booking and is due within 7 days
To confirm your booking, the booking fee must be paid by the due date
The booking fee of 50% of the accommodation cost (excluding extras) is non-refundable in case of cancellation
The remaining amount is invoiced after the stay
Cancellations made later than 30 days before the arrival date are liable for the full accommodation cost of the booking
The booking fee is valid for the booked date and can not be used for rescheduling to another date or fewer nights
The booking contact person is responsible for payment and compensation in case of destruction or damage to property during their stay
The booking terms must be accepted by ticking the box "I accept the booking terms" in our online booking form or by confirming the terms via email.
