Ekudden consists of our two houses "Friden and Fröjden". Each house have a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen in house "Fröjden" i a larger one with double sets of stoves, oven and refrigerators that make it easy to cook for many people. Here we also have a dining room for up to 40 persons with a open fireplace and set up for projector and canvas.
In house "Friden" you find a living room area with sofas and a fireplace, a patio under roof and infrared heating with great view over the sea. At the patio you can set up dining tables for 25 people.
Changeing rooms, showers and WC´s are located in a separate building between the houses.

Yes, both houses have fully equipped kitchens as well as refrigerators and freezers to store all your food.
Yes, there are two large fixed barbecue areas (1 m diameter), one outside each house. There is also a large portable grill barrel. You use charcoal or firewood for the grills.
Under the MENY tab you will find Ekudden’s catering menus. We can also arrange a chef and serving staff for your event if you wish. We can always tailor solutions to your preferences and can also arrange purchases of breakfast, coffee breaks, snacks, and more.
Our kitchens are fully equipped for the number of overnight staying guests. Plates, glasses, serving dishes, frying pans, pots, bowls, coffee makers etc. If you are hosting a larger event (over 40 persons) you need to rent additional tableware through us.
This is unfortunately nothing we can guarantee. If it matches with our reservations check in and check out we will arrange it of course. Check in with us closer to your arrival! We recommend placing an online order at Willys Länna or Coop Port 73, and pick up your food there on arrival day.
There are several sturdy wooden tables outdoors if you want to enjoy your meal outside. There are also portable tables and benches you can use on House Fröjden’s terrace or on the enclosed veranda. If you rent our Tipi tent, round tables + chairs or tall cocktail tables are included.
Absolutely! There is Wi-Fi in both residential houses. We also have a projector and projection screen if you are hosting a conference, showing a film, or displaying a slideshow at a party.
Yes! You can rent our sound system: JBL Ultimate & JBL Partybox Club 120 with 2 mics and input for e.g. guitar. Perfect for live music, quizzes, speeches, ceremonies, disco, and karaoke. It can connect to a mobile phone or tablet via Bluetooth. Pair both speakers together for great stereo sound.
House Friden has 5 bedrooms and 14 beds.
House Fröjden has 7 bedrooms and 25 beds.
In total, there are 39 beds across 12 bedrooms. In some rooms, extra beds can be added, providing up to 4 additional sleeping spots. The maximum number of overnight guests in the bedrooms is 43.
Yes! You always have free access to our sauna, which fits about 10 people. However, there are some add-ons that are not included in the booking: bed linen and towels, the bar, the wood-fired hot tub, the water sports package and firewood bags.
Yes! Depending on the number of boats, their size and draught, guests can arrive by boat and dock at our pier. However, you need to confirm this with us in advance.
Yes! We have equipment such as kubb, rounders, footballs, a badminton net, simple workout equipment, and more — all free to borrow.
Absolutely! There is a small rowboat that you may borrow freely during your stay. You can also rent our water sports package, which includes 2 canoes, 2 family kayaks, and 4 SUPs (stand-up paddle boards). Life vests in various sizes are also available on-site.
Enjoy the sauna, take a swim in the sea from the pier or the beach, paddle a canoe/kayak/SUP, organize games and sports activities, hike the Stegsholm nature trail, have a coffee at Stegsholm Farm, and more. You can also book external activities such as bumper balls and archery tag.
In Gålö’s beautiful surroundings, you can enjoy archipelago tours, guided boat tours, jet skiing, golf, mini golf, beach volleyball, sailing, paintball, and more. We’re happy to provide inspiration to make your stay extra special!
There is plenty of parking on the premises, enough for about ten cars. If you expect more cars, please contact us in advance so we can arrange additional parking spaces.
Absolutely. From Stockholm Central you take the commuter train to Västerhaninge Station and then bus 845 to Hässlinge Gård. The bus stops about 200 meters from the venue. The trip takes about 55 minutes. Plan your journey at www.sl.se.
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the accommodation cost is invoiced. The rest of the total sum is invoiced after check out.
For copanies the whole sum is invoiced after check out.
